Can you comment you my experimental code in gnubg.c at the top of
real_main.
szDataDirectory should just be initialised to "." for windows until I
figure what's wrong with the XML parser. It seems that gnubg find the
neural net and bearoff databases, but it seems that the XML parser
doesn't work with DOS paths.
