[Bug-gnubg] Bug (minor): changing hint settings in a running session

Hi folks,

just a minor bug: When changing the setting for hint in cli,

i.e 

set board [some position]
set dice [some roll]
hint
set eval cubedecision evaluation plies 3
set eval chequerplay evaluation plies 3

these changes will have no effect on the current position unless you
don't save settings and start gnubg again.
