[Bug-gnubg] Win32 compile error: with HAVE_SOCKETS

Since 040101 (and HAVE_SOCKETS)
external.c causes compile error line 573
(function socklen_t)

There is a workaround: define socklen_t int
but perhaps including ws2tcpip.h instead of winsock.h (external.h) 
would be a solid solution for Win32?

ws2tcpip.h is included in mingw distribution, does include of 
winsock2.h and defines to standard Berkeley.

(if someone wants to look at it, I can send ws2tcpip.h (10 KB))
