Aha, I see what the problem is. When you change to 3D settings, it selects the
Default 3D scheme if you've never done a Save Settings with a 3D board
displayed, and I had assumed that España was still selected.
I was expecting that changing between 2D & 3D would keep the same appearance
settings, but it appears that they are entirely unrelated. Is this desirable?
Yes and no, IMO. While it is intuitive to expect the board colours to remain
the same when switching between 2D and 3D, it may be necessary to have
different settings to achieve the effect of looking identical.
