Sorry I've not got back to you about getting the files to the ftp
site. I can't find any way to do this - the server only allows uploads
from customer connections, my home machine doesn't have enough disc
space to do a transfer to there. I'm going to ask some colleagues if
they can set up a server and allow you to upload to that one.
