You can't (only customers connecting from a Demon connection can do
uploads). But I can run an ftp server on my home DSL account (or even
better, send me your ssh public key and I'll put that in, then you can 
do an 
  scp -rp stuff address@hidden:/home/jheled/. 

After which, pop me an email and I'll move it to ftp.demon.nl

Otherwise, if you can confirm that address@hidden is a
reasonably safe email address, I'll mail you the ftp password for the
above account.
