[Bug-gnubg] Example gnubg.gtkrc (not only) for Windows user

Hi all,

I've just fiddled around with the colours and come to a (at least for me)
satisfying result. Maybe some of you like this setup, too. Cube errors are
indicated with different shades of yellow for the background, chequer
errors blue, violet and red, respectively. (I didn't like green for an
error, since it usually means something ok.)

There's a reference for a GTK theme used (engine "engradient"). The
necessary dlls were/are provided in Oystein's install package. I'm not sure
whether *nix users have this theme or need to edit the file.
