[Bug-gnubg] Bug: Disappearing checkers / Thanks re: gnubg.gtkrc info

1. Thanks to everyone for the gnubg.gtkrc info posted recently.

2.  I am running Windows XP and have installed both the 040617 build and
Holger's gnubg.gtkrc.
While in Tutor Mode I've noticed a checker will disappear
intermittently  after pushing "Rethink," "Ctrl Z" or possibly simply moving
checkers.  I can't remember if someone else posted re this so I mention it
now.
