A partial GET was only specified in HTTP/1.1 and the web server has to 
understand the Range: header. Byte camp apparently uses Apache/1.3.29 and 
home.online.no Apache/1.3.26 which do handle partial GETs.

An example:
        GET / HTTP/1.1
        Host: www.gnubg.org
        Range: bytes=0-64

Rambiz, so as long as your browser or download tool supports resuming it 
should work.
