[Bug-gnubg] New panels

I've added 2 new panels, one is a command panel which allows you to 
enter commands.

The other is a theory panel which will show you a range of statistics. 
At least it seemed like a good idea (having them update as the position 
changes), when I sat down last night to write the code I couldn't think 
of many things to put in it...

So I've added a few simple things to show how it will work and hopefully 
you can see if it will be helpful, suggesting more useful things that it 
would be good to see.  Here's a screenshot to give you an idea:

I've also checked in the code which puts the panels into a slider, 
there's not a lot of difference and it fixes the "changing board/panel 
size" problem.  If it's no good, I'll just go back to the old code.
