[Bug-gnubg] 2 bugs with asymmetrical METs

Hello,

i was analysing some of my matches with a Jacobs 100 MET. I found 2 bugs, one 
of them is pretty serious, one is minor.

1) I use mec.xml as default. Then i load jac100.xml and "Hint" still seems to 
work fine. After i invert the table some equities weren´t updated. 

I set up an example position that is a close take/pass decision and checked the 
results manually. My results are appended as jac100.txt.

2) When the "Invert table" button is enabled and i load another asymmetrical 
MET, the "Invert table" button still remains enabled but the MET is loaded in 
the original direction. This may lead to some inconsistencies. In fact you now 
have the MET uninverted although the button is enabled.
