I guess it means a shared compuret, like a internet cafe computer or
something. I guess it controls cookies and sessions yes.

I can't control the text there!? It comes automatically when I type:
<%login%> in a nucleus skin. Of course I can remove the login, then
everyone have to login here: http://www.gnubg.org/nucleus/

Yes, I've asked Olivier for the original. Then I can use phpThumb to
make a smaller thumbnail image.
