RE: [Bug-gnubg] First GTK 2.4 File Requesters working

The screenshot is here [1], and the patch is also attached. Got late here,
so I did not verify whether I really got all changed files, here is what I
think are all. Main changes in gtkgame, all within one block aka "workspace"
:) The other files are touched because a method signature changed, in the H
files it were enumerations.

gtkgame.h
gtkprefs.c
gtkoptions.c
gtktoolbar.c

While the code is far to verbose I consider it pretty stable for what it
does, so main CVS would be an option. But expect it to change a lot still,
the patch covers not even half of all requesters ;)
