The problem here is that gnubg assumes an infinite number of redoubles,
however, in your scenario only two can occur. The probability of the
cube reaching 32+ is roughly in the order of 1%. It'll probably not
affect the cubeful equity for the 4 cube.

I'd say ?ystein's calculations are correct.

Since the cube is dead you should use the cubeless equity, unless
gammons and backgammons does not count.
