[Bug-gnubg] FTGL Removed!

I've written a C replacement for the FTGL code I was previously using.

I've not updated the make system, can someone do this:
        1. Remove font3d.cpp and add font3d.c, myftgl.c, myftgl.h to the
source/objects.
        2. Remove any reference to the FTGL library and c++.

This should fix any problems people were having with the 3d fonts.  If
not, it should be easier to track down problems.
