Is it possible to take a cvs checkout instead of the tarball?
(The tarball is quite old, and a lot of fixes has been done since. Maybe
we should bump up the version, say 0.16, but I'm not sure how to do
that. Gary and Jørn used to do that, and they're quite inactive at the
moment.)
