I really like this idea. It means, if I understood correctly, that while
looking at a move, I could shuffle a couple of checkers here and there,
maybe even play with the game score, to compare evaluations, and comment. It
would be really nice with HTML exporting too, since a player could analyze a
move, add comments, and then show a slightly modified position, with further
commentary, illustrating how the modifications change the evaluation. 

Another nice thing about this though, would be that it would add the final
learning edge that Snowie still has over GNU: to be able to change the
checkers around, see the evaluations, and return to the main game without a
hitch.
