Ok, remaining are:

- compile (Tom Tromey <address@hidden>)
- config.rpath (Gordon Matzigkeit <address@hidden>)
- mkinstalldirs (Noah Friedman <address@hidden>)
- ylwrap (Tom Tromey <address@hidden>)

These are autotools files and shouldn't be in cvs.

- pub_eval.c (Gerald Tesauro)

We must assume that Gerald has made some kind of agreement with
tesauro. Add an appropriate copyright and the gpl to this one.

- strdup.c (Gary Wong)

we don't need this anymore.

- gnubg.6 (Joern Thyssen, for the manpage?!)

certainly not gpl, gfdl if anything

- corecount.c (Intel?!)

This should be removed from CVS i think, unless we can clarify what
the license is. Only MS Windows user have benefit of this file anyway.

- erftest.c (Gary Wong)

I'll remove it. Doesn't all supported platforms have a built-in erf(),
so that we can remove erf.c as well.

-lib/isaac.c
-lib/isaac.h
-lib/isaacs.h
-lib/mt19937ar.copying

These files, I believe, are in public domain and not ours anyway,
leave them as they are.

sound files
- graphic files
- xml files (met, etc)

Many of them are not ours, a copyright would be a good idea if
possible. They shouldn't be gpl'ed though.

- files in non-src/

edit their source. It is always the source and not the result that is gpl'ed.

Christian.
