[Bug-gnubg] New packages for Mac OSX

Hi again,

after successfully compiling gnubg now with all options enabled I have a
few questions regarding the packages.

1. Can someone implement Michaels changes into cvs, please?

2. Putting gnubg into the Macports is no no big deal, but how do we
provide a simple package?

 - static build?
 - only gnubg and the users have to take care of the dependencies?
 - gnubg with all additionally libraries in one package (similar to the
   windows build)? If the latter, what additonal libraries are needed?

3. What paths do we use as default? 
 
 - /opt/local (like the Macports)
 - /Applications (mostly native Leopard applications
 - /usr/local (more "unix like")

4. Michael, do you take care of the Mac OSX 10.4 build?

PS. I'm pretty busy this weekend (25th anniversary of passing "Abitur",
big party in my former home town), so I'll probably work on it earliest
on monday.
