GnuBG does not have CUDA support (Nvidia GPU’s) at the present time. GnuBG currently only has the ability to use SSE on SSE enabled CPU’s to speed up processing. One of the other developers may be able to tell you if they are considering such a feature addition. Of course if you wish to contribute such functionality you are welcome to do so.
