This was my feeling as well. It appeared as if we were lacking the code
to currently dump this scenario to an SGF format as it presently exists.
Thanks for the heads up on why this is the case.

Yes, this is strictly a translation file issue, with the exception of
the documentation that seems to be inconsistent at times.
