It didn't found its neural nets weights file where it expected it. Did you do a "make install" ?
You should do that (as root if you didn't change the permissions or owner of your /usr/local tree) to install weights files and bearoff databases. If you modify the sources or update them from CVS from time to time this usually won't be necesary for every new build, but you should do it at least once.
