You don't say what GNUbg version you use, but I think the last one
directly installable on a Mac is gnubg-1_04_000-mac-1010-x86_64.dmg. A
relativeley old GNUbg built on a relatively old macOS...
Another possibility would be to install it throuhgh MacPorts. I think is
currently broken, but probably only because it looks for the source
archive on the now unavailable files.gnubg.org.
For someone already using MacPorts, I think it should be easy to fix
that locally (I may be able to help), and ideally push the fix to the
MacPorts repository, either by taking the maintenance of the port or at
least by opening a ticket there.
For a package that could be installed independantly, like the dmg file
above, on the other hand, one would need to elicit interest from a Mac
hobbyist or developper, something that apparently hasn't happened for a
few years.
