I rechecked, revision 3412 compiled with gcc 9.2.0 on Void Linux.

Test 707 still fails. tests/testsuite.log attached.

I tested it on another machine running Devuan Linux, and make test/check 
succeeds there. Seems that db5 on Void is broken?
