oh, weel, so we have another bit which has to be put off until I
modify autogen.sh to import gnulib.

When I looked at the header, I did some nit-picking:
1) ceil(x) is always integer, so the use of the word was not correct.
2) I added an explanation about unsigned types, as it took me a minute
   to figure out.

Would you accept the attached patch to gnulib?
