sorry, this was a mistake, I meant:
m4_ifndef([AC_C_RESTRICT],
AC_DEFUN([AC_C_RESTRICT],
so we would put AC_C_RESTRICT into the configure.ac section.

Actually, I thought the answer might be 0, without any substantial
