Thanks, I'll add that to my list of things to do.  Warning, though: my
workload will be a bit high for the next few weeks (I'm teaching more
courses than usual....).

Yes, but these aren't bugs, right?  They're merely duplication of effort.

As I understand it the goal is to simplify our maintenance of
gnulib-tool and bootstrap.  I.e., both tools work now, but we want
them to be easier to maintain and use.
