OK, so we have:

$ ls 
|xargs git log --pretty=format:%aN |sort |uniq -c
      3 Ben Pfaff

     39 Paul Eggert

Would any of those who read this please say whether they're happy to
relicense their contribution to the above-listed modules as LGPL? Any
who don't reply I can write to.
