Indeed. The problem is that after the 2011-08-05 commit, m4/chdir-long.m4
and lib/chdir-long are no longer in sync: The .m4 file assumes that only
<unistd.h> and <limits.h> will be included before
(defined PATH_MAX || defined MAXPATHLEN) is tested,
whereas the .h file includes
<unistd.h>, <limits.h>, <sys/param.h> before doing this test.

That would be a possible fix of the problem, yes.
