Huh - in looking at that module, all the changes to lib/openpty.c are attributable to Bruno, myself, and trivially to Jim (copyright years), but the module itself says it is owned by Simon, since he first proposed the idea of the module.

Since you are not listed as author of any of the code, I went ahead and made the license change, but we can revisit things if you have any reason against the change.
