* lib/malloca.c: Include <stdint.h>.
(mmalloca, freea): Use uintptr_t to convert pointers to integers.
* modules/malloca (Depends-on): Add stdint.
* modules/relocatable-prog-wrapper (Depends-on): Likewise.
