[PATCH] strdup: undeprecate, IRIX 6.5 needs it

Done.  I kept the difference between strdup (guarantee the function
but not errno on out-of-memory) and strdup-posix (also guarantee
errno), as there are programs that can be lighter-weight with only
the former.
