I thought that at least some compilers like MSVC and Intel might support it.
That's probably not enough, but already worths working.

And again thanks for advice. I've already downloaded emacs sources and
already found some useful functions inside w32.c source file. I hope
that it will be possible to port these functions to gnulib, if others
think they may be useful. I know it's not the largest area in gnulib,
but I guess someday someone may need to work with symlinks on Windows,
so I can at least try to implement these functions.
