* m4/extensions.m4 (AC_CHECK_INCLUDES_DEFAULT):
Provide a default implementation for Autoconf 2.69 or earlier.
(AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS): Copy from Autoconf git.  Define only
if Autoconf 2.70 or earlier, since 2.70.1 or later should be OK.
