I don't know of any.By coincidence I just sent to this list a similar question about the utility of wcsftime_l, which POSIX hasn't bothered to standardize. I've never fully understood ISO C's and POSIX's morbid fascination with wide character strings....

That would be better than trying to change the Linux kernel, coreutils, Gnulib, etc., as the ship sailed long ago and it's not turning around.
