[bug-GNUnet] gnunetd and netstat

When running up the new gnunetd v0.4.0 I get the following p/o:

FYI netstat --version returns:

I'm not sure what netstat -f is supposed to do. No doubt this is a hang
over from the SYSV / BSD differences (will they ever end).
