[PATCH] small mouse tracking patch for NSMenuView

Hi,

Small bug:

1.) Fire up Ink.app
2.) Scroll down menu and into a submenu.
3.) while in the submenu scroll around and then scroll over to the previous
menu.
4.) scroll in the previous menu up and down, notice when you return to the
submenu where you fiddled previously there is still a highlighted item.

I think this patch works... I tested it with transients as well and it looked
ok.
