Category: Gui/AppKit Severity: 5 - Major
Bug Group: Bug Resolution: None
Assigned to: None Status: Open

Summary: Remaining focus issues.

Original Submission: When opening Ink.app, i.e. using openapp Ink.app or by
launching it from GWorkspace, I have not focus issues. (Except for GWorkspace's
menu, which only disappears after I create a new empty document in Ink).

However, opening Ink.app using a filename argument (either from GWorkspace or
using gopen in a xterm), the focus stays with the other app/window. It only
switches to Ink after iconifying and restoring the document window. Hiding and
unhiding Ink does not work for having the focus assigned to Ink.

Opening a new document window in Ink does again work as mentioned above.

I guess this is similarily caused as the problems in Terminal which also starts
with an open window and only gets its focus after opening a new terminal window.
