Summary: Trivial changes for AppKit for -Wall, MinGW

Original Submission: NSMatrix.m (which may well have originated on or near a
Cygwin installation) uses a macro STRICT that conflicts with a macros defined
by the MinGW headers supplied in the recent 1.10.0 installer.

Compiling GSDragView.m produces a 'used but not initialized' warning.
