Summary:  Makefile system does not regenerate automatically generated files.

Original Submission:  When building a palette or an application the 
palette.table (if it is automatically generated) or the Info-gnustep.plist file 
does not get regenerated by the make system even when the   <AppName>Info.plist 
(the file from which it is created) is changed.
