Follow-up Comment #1, bugs #12321 (project gnustep):

after inserting the NSLOG-statement the problem went away.. digging into the
code is supect the following:



the NSLog triggers a count in the

NSInternalAbbrevDict wich triggers a

[NSTimeZone abbreviationMap] and this method then

loads the dictionary, which could otherwise be uninitialized.
