[bug #17717] Use "open panel" twice make it unusable

Follow-up Comment #23, bug #17717 (project gnustep):

I've now got a 32bit version of gnustep running on my machine ... and that
works fine for me, just like the 64bit version.  Your original description of
how to produce problems in GWorkspace does't produce any problems on either
system.  Of course, if it's a window manager specific issue that might
explain why my system is OK, as both the 32bit and 64bit versions of gnustep
are displaying through the same 64bit version of WindowMake/X.

You say that 'Riccardo Mottoloa nd other people' also have the problems ...
is there a common way to reproduce the problems or something similar about
the systems/configurations of the people getting problems ... for me to make
progress on this I really need to be able to reproduce the issue.
