Follow-up Comment #1:

Sorry for breaking you compilation, but this worked perfectly here withou any
warning. Which version of gcc are you using on that machine? As you can see in
the source code the reported method is implemented in the super class just a
few lines above.
To work around this problem I added a declaration of that method in the
header file. This should allow you to compile again.
