Summary: NSDocumentController won't display a document
already opened without display

                Severity: 3 - Normal
              Item Group: Bug
                  Status: None
                 Privacy: Public
             Assigned to: None
             Open/Closed: Open
         Discussion Lock: Any

Details:

NSDocumentController's openDocumentWithContentsOfFile:display: method won't
display a document when the display flag is YES if the same method has been
previously called with the display flag set to NO. It appears that the window
controllers aren't being created in that case.
