Details:

Selecting a NSTableView right now involve clicking on it (thus selecting the
outer NSScrollView) and then double-clicking on the scrollview to reach the
inner tableview. InterfaceBuilder simply use single-clicks to do the same
(click->NSScrollView->click->NSTableView->click->NSTableColumn), which seems
better, easier, and more coherent with GNUstep's single-click approach.
