Details:

Steps to recreate...

1) start an app which a scrollview which accepts object/items (example Gorm)
2) drag an item in..

RESULT: Scroll view scrolls upwards in all cases.
EXPECTED: Scroll view should scroll up or down relative to the position of
the mouse within the view.
