Follow-up Comment #2, bug #29635 (project gnustep):

I checked and –[NSMenuItem initWithTitle:action:keyEquivalent:] on Cocoa
uses a default of NSCommandKeyModifierMask, so GNUstep is correct. 

Is it okay if I commit this then?
