Follow-up Comment #1:

You need to install gnustep-devel to get GCC and the rest of the developer
tools.  I think it's unlikely that there is a virus in the packages though.  I
build them on a machine that is essentially cut off from the internet. It's
possible the virus checker is just flagging the program because of it's name
being associated with a virus or something.
