There is a place -- http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/download.  I changed
http://gnuzilla.gnu.org accordingly; forgot to update it when the
release didn't happen as expected.

BTW, the "1.5.0" in the source tarball name (and the directory inside
the tar) is just a mistake; it should be 1.5.0.7.

Anyway, as Giuseppe said, the current thing holding up a release is
carefully checking the long list of potentially nonfree files in the
mozilla distribution.  There are quite a few Windows binaries, etc., for
starters.  Since iceweasel/gnuzilla has apparently gotten lots of
attention recently for some reason :), would anyone like to help with
this?  Please let me know.

I posted an initial list of files to check a few days ago, to this list,
so it should be in the archives.
