Hello,

Have you tried copying files from ~/.mozilla/firefox/<old-profile-id>.default 
to ~/.gnuzilla/iceweasel/<new-profile-id>.default?  As far as I know cookies
are stored in the cookies.txt file, other information like saved passwords 
should be saved in other files present in this directory.
